South Central Behavioral Health Clinic in Jamestown, ND seeks an Operations Support Manager to join the leadership team for the Department of Health and Human Services.

You will provide administrative support to clinic triad leadership, oversee staff credentialing, assist HR and hiring managers, supervise support/registration staff, and help with purchasing to keep operations running smoothly.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required, five years of experience in complex administrative tasks with supervision of staff.
• Additional education in office support, business, or office education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support to the clinic triad leadership.
• Be responsible for staff credentialing.
• Assist HR and hiring managers through the hiring process.
• Provide direction and/or supervision to support/registration staff.
• Help with purchasing at the clinic as deemed necessary.
