• Ensures adherence to Nurse Practice Act, CMS requirements, and RHS regulations.
• Monitors department productivity, staffing efficiency, patient access, and workflow effectiveness.
• Oversees budgeting, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with HR and the Director of Clinical Services.
