Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a diligent clerical/administrative helper to support hub and station operations, customer service, and quality assurance. You will process data, respond to customer inquiries, and help ensure timely delivery by resolving address issues and tracking packages.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data entry in multiple systems, and collaboration with management to review reports and support loss prevention and operational efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum Experience: Four (4) years customer service, clerical or related experience required; experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred.
• General business and software skills including typing, data entry and review; use of phone, copier, and fax.
• Customer service skills to respond to requests effectively and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to management and operational functions (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering phones).
• Enter data in systems to support functional areas and compile regular/adhoc reports for management.
• Serve as frontline customer service to resolve inquiries and issues or escalate as needed.
• Assist with audits and data retrieval for BCSA review and loss prevention activities.
• Track metrics and compile weekly reports for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
