Job summary

Newrest Group in Houston, TX, is seeking an administrative specialist to support in-flight catering operations. You will interact with flight crews, inspect outgoing flights, and establish par levels for products to ensure accurate stock and on-time services.

You will generate reports, enter data in Excel, communicate with internal departments, and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP guidelines. Satisfactory attendance and reliable performance are expected as part of a busy airline catering

Responsibilities

• Interacts with the flight crew on board the AC toensure compliance to flight ETD.
• International Flights: Inspect all outgoing flightsfor correct quantity and product. Establish and maintain par levels forproducts
• Separate and distribute reports
• Log daily usages
• Generate check sheets from excel files
• Access web site for catering information anddistribute as necessary
• Communicate updates via email
• Enter data into excel spreadsheets and generatereports
• Communicate with internal departments regarding anyirregularities that occur.
• Review data for accuracy
• Generate all documents required
• Ensure productivity of department shift is met
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)/Generalmanufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines for personal hygiene and observesecurity precautions as mandated by unit management.
• Satisfactory and punctual attendance are expected.
• All other duties as assigned
