Job summary

dnata Catering in Houston is seeking a Flight Coordinator to ensure all customer menu specs, equipment needs, and service standards are accurately executed before aircraft loading. You will verify meals, beverages, and onboard equipment against boarding bills and airline specs while collaborating with airline account management, production, and dispatch teams.

The role requires outstanding communication, strong organization, and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of progressive customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Must have driver’s license and meet food handler certification requirements for the work location (Texas).
• Ability to obtain necessary Port Authority, TSA and CBP badges is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service daily.
• Comply with HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation policies.
• Check all meals to ensure accuracy of menu specifications and meal counts.
• Constantly move between office and aircraft; lift up to 30 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift and push heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comply with Ramp Safety policies and wear safety vests on the field.
• Other duties as assigned.
