Job summary

gategroup is seeking an administrative support specialist to serve as the primary admin for our major client operations. You will analyze flight data, assign drivers, and monitor meal and flight changes, acting as a QA focal point to ensure customer specifications are met.

The role rotates between day and night shifts and requires strong multitasking in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 21+ driver’s license and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of general work experience in an office or warehouse facility.
• Experience directing the work of others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from custom computer screens and prepare driver run sheets for each flight.
• Assign drivers to gates and flights.
• Serve as the quality assurance specialist, ensuring contents meet customer specifications.
• Monitor driver’s departure times and changes in flights.
• Back up supervisor duties on the ramp, directing work flow and resolving issues.
• Ensure run sheets are accurate and meet customer specifications.
