License and Scale is growing rapidly and seeks a systems-focused professional to design and build the operational backbone. You will implement SOPs, automations, dashboards, and workflows across Close.io, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Zapier, n8n, and a growing AI toolkit.

Formación

• Proven experience building and managing operational systems in a fast-moving company.
• Strong with project management tools, ideally ClickUp.
• CRM experience with Close.io, GoHighLevel, or similar.
• Automation builder; shipping workflows in Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar.
• AI-proficient; actively use AI tools daily.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven; you document everything.
• Self-starter; you identify fixes and own solutions.
• Bonus: comfortable with APIs, webhooks, data flows, and light scripting (Supabase or PostgreSQL).
• Bonus: prior experience in high-growth environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the operational infrastructure.
• Design, document, and maintain systems for onboarding, offboarding, and lead routing.
• Create templates, checklists, and workflows for repeatable execution.
• Eliminate manual bottlenecks with automation using Zapier, n8n, scripts, or AI agents.
• Own the ClickUp workspace end to end: spaces, views, automations, integrations.
• Troubleshoot fires in Close.io and GoHighLevel: sequences, syncing, calendar issues.
• Own the lead-flow pipeline from ads to CRM to calendar and team notifications.
• Run QA on every automation; test, monitor, and fix before release.
• Use AI as a force multiplier for reporting, routing, and data cleanup.
• Manage day-to-day tech operations: access, onboarding, offboarding, documentation.
