Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a fast-paced tech organization in Los Angeles. You will build and optimize processes, maps workflows, and instrument them with the right tooling to scale as the company grows.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage the SaaS stack, and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs. A strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in operations, program management, or business operations.
• Experience running multiple cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on SaaS tooling administration and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills and BI/dashboards experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve onboarding, procurement, expense management, and internal support, documented in Notion or Confluence as living SOPs.
• Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across engineering, finance, people, and go-to-market teams.
• Administer and optimize the operational tool stack (Okta, Expensify, Ramp, Zip, Airtable, and similar) including access management, workflow automation, and vendor contracts.
• Build operational dashboards and reporting in Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets to track KPIs like cycle times, cost per process, and team utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and process observation, then design and ship measurable improvements.
• Own business continuity and compliance logistics, including SOC 2 evidence collection, vendor security reviews, and audit readiness coordination.
• Serve as the operational escalation point for leadership, surfacing risks, resource gaps, and process failures before they impact delivery.
