You will guide cross-functional initiatives to identify, measure, monitor, and report operational risks and to strengthen governance across the bank.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of banking or related management experience, strong risk knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and oversight on ORM programs to ensure risk identification and mitigation.
• Implement ORM policies, procedures, systems, and training across the corporation.
• Promote risk awareness through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure components meet regulatory expectations and align with best practices.
• Develop relationships with business units and second line functions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance scenario analysis, governance, and data quality.
• Leverage external loss data and industry benchmarks as appropriate.
