The role requires 7-10 years in workforce development or operations leadership, strong facilitation, and the ability to travel 25-50% to support field teams and coach regional managers.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in workforce development, operational training, or organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to influence leaders and coworkers without direct reporting authority.
• Experience designing onboarding programs, role-based training, and development paths.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute StructureCare's onboarding and training programs.
• Develop learning paths and resources for the coworker lifecycle.
• Coordinate functional skills assessments and promotion readiness processes.
• Lead reinforcement and measurement activities to sustain changes.
• Travel to territories to coach and support operational readiness.
