The position requires 5+ years in operations within education, strong project management, and excellent communication. Travel to emerging regions is expected, with collaboration across home office and campus teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience working within a school, district, charter network, or educational organization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for new campus openings and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate pre-construction planning through opening day readiness.
• Manage on-site launch phases and handoff to permanent staff.
• Oversee facilities, FFE, and instructional material deployment capabilities.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for campus operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors across regions.
• Support campus readiness processes and inventory management.
