Job summary

Applied Digital in Dallas seeks an Operational Readiness Training Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of training programs ensuring data center readiness across multiple sites.

You will partner with Operations, EHS, Security and technical teams to identify training needs, manage end-to-end programs, and build the Data Center University while tracking metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Data Center experience.
• 5+ years of training program management experience.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience in staff development and training.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build programs from the ground up in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of training programs aligned with data center operations and business needs.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of training programs, including planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, EHS, Security, Technical teams) to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Coordinate and support operational readiness assessments (pre-launch, 6-month, and annual).
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop relevant technical training content.
• Translate assessment results and feedback into targeted training improvements.
• Support the creation and scaling of the Data Center University internal training framework.
• Provide ongoing training and development support for Data Center, Blockchain and corporate staff.
