Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Readiness Lead responsible for ensuring approved changes are ready for implementation and stabilized into BAU.

You will lead readiness assessments, develop frameworks, manage go-live criteria, coordinate handoffs, document gaps, and drive adoption metrics across claims operations. This role requires 3-5 years in related fields, strong communication, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in business operations or change management.
• Experience with claims operations or process improvement preferred.
• Strong documentation and SOP development skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure approved changes are ready for implementation and stabilized into BAU.
• Lead operational readiness assessments and sign-off processes.
• Develop and maintain readiness frameworks, checklists and go-live criteria.
• Lead business cutover planning and execution.
• Coordinate operational handoffs and service acceptance activities.
• Identify, document and elevate readiness gaps.
• Establish transition-to-BAU plans and success indicators.
• Develop implementation communications and stakeholder readiness plans.
• Coordinate training delivery and completion tracking.
• Measure user adoption and operational performance.
