Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Readiness for the Global Claims Shared Services team. You will ensure readiness for new processes and technology, manage cutover and BAU handoff, and partner with Product Owners, technology teams and business leaders to stabilize changes.

You will drive training, adoption, and documentation, coordinate cross-functional readiness, and support post-implementation reviews while aligning with go-live criteria and service acceptance plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, operational readiness, or change management.
• Experience with claims operations and process improvement is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness assessments and sign-off processes for changes in technology, process, or operating model.
• Develop and maintain readiness frameworks, checklists and go-live criteria.
• Coordinate cutover planning, adoption, and handoff to BAU teams.
• Drive training development, communications and stakeholder readiness activities.
