Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Readiness for the Global Claims Shared Services team. The role focuses on ensuring readiness for new processes and technology, coordinating cutover, and stabilizing changes into business-as-usual operations. Collaboration with Product Owners, vendors, and operations is essential.

The position involves driving adoption, managing training, and delivering measurable readiness outcomes across multiple functions in a complex claims environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, operational readiness, project coordination or related fields.
• Experience supporting implementation, technology deployment, or process improvement in a claims environment.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness assessments and sign-off processes for changes.
• Develop readiness frameworks, checklists, and go-live criteria.
• Coordinate cutover planning and handoffs to BAU.
• Drive training delivery and measure user adoption.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and knowledge repositories.
