Job summary

AXIS Capital, a global provider of specialty lines insurance and reinsurance, seeks a Senior Analyst, Operational Readiness to join the Global Claims Shared Services team. The role ensures approved changes in technology, process, vendor and operating models are ready for implementation and stabilized into business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, operational readiness, project coordination, business analysis, change management, claims operations or process improvement.
• Experience supporting implementation, technology deployment, operational change, business transformation, vendor transition or BAU handoff activities.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational readiness assessments and sign-off for changes in technology, processes, or operating models.
• Lead cutover planning and ensure readiness and handoff to BAU.
• Develop and maintain readiness frameworks, checklists and go-live criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and ownership, with clear success criteria.
