Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Readiness, to join the Global Claims Shared Services team. The role ensures readiness for new processes and technology, coordinating cutovers and BAU transitions across GCSS and partner teams.

You will lead readiness assessments, develop frameworks, and manage training and adoption activities to ensure smooth go-live and stabilization, working with product owners, sponsors, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, operational readiness or related areas.
• Experience supporting implementation, technology deployment or BAU handoffs.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to document processes, SOPs and knowledge resources.
• Experience with claims operations or process improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness assessments, sign-off processes and handoffs for changes.
• Coordinate cutover planning, adoption, and post go-live stabilization.
• Develop and maintain readiness frameworks, checklists and criteria.
• Coordinate training delivery and measure user adoption.
