Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst for Operational Readiness in the Global Claims Shared Services (GCSS) group. You will ensure readiness for technology, processes, vendors and operating model changes, driving adoption and smooth handoffs to BAU across Claims operations.

You will collaborate with product owners, sponsors, technologists and operations leaders to validate go-live criteria, manage cutover activities and stabilize changes for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business operations, operational readiness, project coordination, change management, or claims operations.

Responsibilities

• Operational readiness assessments and sign-off processes for changes.
• Develop readiness frameworks, checklists and go-live criteria.
• Lead business cutover planning and execution against readiness.
• Coordinate business handoffs and service acceptance with clear ownership.
• Identify adoption gaps and coordinate remediation.
• Support post-deployment adoption reviews and knowledge sharing.
