Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Operational Readiness Support Analyst to join our team in Warren, NJ. You'll help design, document, and implement RCM processes ensuring BAU readiness and successful go-live transitions.

You will develop comprehensive RCM materials, coordinate multi-functional training, and support governance artifacts. Travel may be required for stakeholder meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Regulatory Change Management or related regulatory programs.
• 3+ years documenting policies, procedures, operating models, process maps, and training materials.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, BAU transitions, or regulatory programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance structures.
• Experience collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Tech teams.
• Strong business writing and documentation skills.
• Experience onboarding platforms and change enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, documentation, and implementation of RCM operating processes for BAU readiness.
• Develop and maintain RCM documentation: policies, procedures, operating models, standards, process flows, controls, governance artifacts.
• Create training materials, user guides, communications, and knowledge transfer docs.
• Assist in readiness assessments, process reviews, and gap analyses before go-live.
• Support change enablement activities and readiness tracking across business functions.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to translate requirements into processes.
• Support go-live planning and post-go-live stabilization for RCM processes and tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on documentation and workflows.
• Track updates, governance requirements, action items, and readiness milestones.
