· Starting Salary: $65,000.00 - $66,787.50 annually. Listed salary range is based on experience level and may vary depending on an individual's skills and qualifications.

The Operational Program Director (OPD) will be responsible for leadership and coordination of programs serving individuals with ID, DD, Mental Health diagnoses, medical needs, and/or on the Autism Spectrum. This role involves both direct care and supervisory duties.
Typical business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The OPD is on call from 8am Monday to 5pm Friday to support staff and coordinators across four to five programs. The position also involves working onsite within these programs.
On-call duties are required for about 15-30 sites from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 8am, approximately every 3-6 weeks, including some holidays shared among the on-call group.
