Job Description: The Operational Program Director (OPD) oversees programs serving individuals with ID, DD, Mental Health diagnoses, medical needs, or on the Autism Spectrum. The role involves both direct care and supervisory responsibilities.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with on-call duties supporting staff across 15-30 sites approximately every 3-6 weeks, including some holidays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or a related field preferred. Must hold Designated Manager status per 245D licensing requirements in MN.
• At least three years’ supervisory experience in human services per 245D requirements.
• Valid US Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
• Ability to perform personal cares, lift and transfer, and transport clients.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and time management skills. Must be at least 18 years old; some programs require 21+.
