Starting Salary: $65,000.00 - $66,787.50 annually. *Listed salary range is based on experience level and may vary depending on an individual's skills and qualifications.*

The Operational Program Director (OPD) will be responsible for leadership and coordination of programs serving individuals with ID, DD, Mental Health diagnoses, medical needs, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves both direct care and supervisory duties.
Typically full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The OPD is on call from 8 am Monday to 5 pm Friday to support staff across four to five programs. The position requires onsite work within these programs.
On-call duties are approximately every 3-6 weeks, from Friday at 5 pm to Monday at 8 am, covering about 15-30 sites. This schedule includes shared holiday shifts.
