Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to lead Product College programs, coordinating end-to-end delivery for onboarding and machine-learning learning tracks. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
• At least 1 year of experience in Program or Project Management, or a combination.
• At least 1 year of consulting experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• Preferred: 2+ years of consulting experience.
• Preferred: Process or Project Management Certification.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program ownership: Own the day-to-day execution, annual strategy, and iteration of their program within Product College.
• Stakeholder & speaker management: Identify, brief, and integrate executive product speakers, SMEs, and facilitators into the curriculum.
• Data-driven continuous improvement: Analyze pre and post-session surveys and conduct retrospective meetings after each cohort to identify themes and measure impact.
• Operations & budget integrity: Manage program budgets, external vendor relationships, track learner data and distribution lists, and coordinate logistics across locations.
• Live session production: Host and produce learners during live sessions, managing logistics such as facilitator preparedness, recordings, attendance, and materials archiving.
• Program advocacy & communication: Manage program communications via Slack and email; drive awareness within Capital One’s product community and onboarding teams.
• Process excellence: Design, build, and implement scalable processes for efficient program delivery.
