Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Coordinator to plan and coordinate the Students & Grads Program events, including onboarding, experience weeks, and graduation. You will support engagement strategies and manage logistics with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key program stakeholders to execute signature Students & Grads Program Events and related logistics.
• Manage program budgets, including tracking, forecasting, and auditing information.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the associate experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures through monitoring and coaching.
• Coordinate ongoing campus hire and internship trainings and communications.
• Manage program communications (calendar, Google Site, mailbox, newsletter, Slack).
• Build relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Maintain upkeep of Google Drives and Google Sites spaces.
