Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training activities by assisting with onboarding of new employees, conducting specialized trainings (Braze, Fall Protection, PIV, etc.), coaching new and existing employees, and assist with annual recertifications.
• Coordinate and drive 5S and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives by planning activities, facilitating events, supporting teams and ensuring standard methods are followed across the organization.
• Support visual workplace standards by helping design, create and implement floor labels, signage, and markings to clearly define work areas, material flow, safety zones and 5S standards.
• Sustain and measure improvements by auditing 5S, tracking CI metrics, coaching employees and promoting a culture of waste reduction, safety and operational excellence.
• Help lead and support Kaizen and Cx (Continuous Improvement) events by assisting with planning, facilitation, follow-up actions and documentation to ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
