Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic education to support daily operations.
• Experience preferred in a Carrier facility or equivalent manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assist, and improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
• Lead by example to ensure safety throughout the department.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and semanal stand-ups to review metrics.
• Drive CI initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
• Provide back-up coverage for absenteeism and cross-shift coordination.
