Job summary

Knowles Precision Devices in Santa Clarita, CA, seeks a Continuous Improvement/Integration Manager to lead site CI initiatives. You will partner with the Plant Manager to identify, analyze, and implement strategies that optimize resources across materials, labor, utilities, and equipment.

You will coach managers and teams to foster a zero-loss culture using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will drive sustainable improvements and partner with MES and Oracle quality systems, tracking savings

Qualifications

• BS/BE in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in continuous improvement with statistical analysis.
• 3 years experience managing teams.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and DMAIC.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Lead continuous improvement events and long-term projects.
• Develop and execute the plant’s Annual Operating Plan savings.
• Coach and mentor managers and team members on Lean/Six Sigma.
• Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Standardize CI methods across the plant.
