Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO's Masstron Producing Organization seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives across the plant. You will apply 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis to boost quality, delivery, and cost performance while guiding a cross-functional CI team.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will mentor Kaizen champions, expand CI capabilities, and align projects with North America and enterprise CI strategy, driving sustainable improvements across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI projects using Lean tools to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach Kaizen events and build CI team capabilities.
• Own 5S and Visual Management initiatives plant-wide.
• Develop and execute CIP aligned with operational goals.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to sustain improvements.
