Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a high volume, high complexity manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; capable of bending, stooping, standing and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training activities for new employees, including specialized trainings and recertifications.
• Coordinate and drive 5S and CI initiatives; plan activities, facilitate events and ensure standard methods.
• Help design and implement visual workplace standards such as floor labels, signage and markings.
• Sustain and measure improvements by auditing 5S, tracking CI metrics and promoting waste reduction and safety.
