Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician to drive Lean initiatives on assigned shifts. You will partner with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, materials, and leadership to identify waste, improve productivity, and sustain operational excellence.

You will facilitate Kaizen events, develop timelines, and track actions while coaching teams on lean concepts and tools. As a hands-on facilitator, you will deploy CMOS practices and visual management, support daily management

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean principles to drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost improvements.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on lean concepts and improvement tools.
• Proven track record facilitating Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean leadership and continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
• Coordinate Kaizen events, waste reduction projects, and problem solving activities.
• Maintain visual management systems and CMOS-based lean formats.
