Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in manufacturing, plus the ability to read blueprints and use standard work instructions and BOMs. Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience reading blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of materials, and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Cost.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and provide back-up coverage.
• Lead team meetings and communicate performance metrics to staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste.
