Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. in Texas seeks a Manufacturing Process Improvement Leader to drive lean initiatives and capital projects across multiple Texas sites. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EH&S to boost profitability, throughput, and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in precast or similar environments.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies applied to continuous production operations.
• Quality control/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Track record of achieving positive results using lean techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems; project management tools.
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects and build diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to apply lean processes and capital investment for profitability.
• Provide guidance and training to plant-level teams on lean initiatives.
• Drive process changes with hands-on coordination with plant teams.
• Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce inefficiencies and costs.
• Lead plant improvement workshops to diagnose bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Provide kaizen, 5S, and lean tool training; track progress.
