Job summary

CRH is seeking a manufacturing operations professional to lead and implement lean process improvements across Texas region plants. The role emphasizes driving profitability, throughput, and quality through capital investments and lean methodologies while traveling across multiple Texas locations.

The candidate will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EH&S to optimize plant performance and ensure adherence to Operational Excellence practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in precast.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies applied to production operations.
• Quality control/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record of lean-based improvements.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD; ERP/MRP and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to apply lean improvements and capital investment.
• Provide guidance to plant teams executing lean improvements.
• Drive process changes with cross-functional plant teams.
• Optimize plant layout to reduce costs and inefficiencies.
• Lead capital projects from scoping to ROI analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence framework.
