Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing process improvement professional to lead lean initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will implement lean tools, capital improvements, and continuous improvement programs to boost profitability, throughput, and quality at multiple plants. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EH&S, traveling 75–90% and guiding plant teams through kaizen events, 5S, and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with lean manufacturing methods.
• Experience applying lean tools to improve profitability, throughput, and quality.
• Knowledge of capital projects, ROI analysis and process improvements.
• Strong Excel, CAD, and ERP/MRP familiarity; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvements across Regional locations with operations and sales.
• Provide guidance and training to plant teams on lean processes and kaizen.
• Drive process changes with hands-on communication and coordination.
• Optimize plant layout to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Lead capital project proposals, ROI analysis, and project execution tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence framework and best practices.
