Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, process improvement, operations, or business transformation in health care billing or insurance.

• Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, systems, and ways of working.
• Translate strategy into practical processes, workflows, requirements, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work, improve scalability, and leverage technology and automation.
• Lead complex operational improvements from design through implementation and adoption.
