Job summary

Intellivo seeks a Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence to simplify and scale complex operations. The role partners with multiple functions to translate strategy into actionable improvements, while personally tackling challenging issues and coaching teams for execution.

You will drive process design, technology-enabled workflows, and automation, balancing hands-on work with developing staff to deliver measurable results in healthcare billing and insurance operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Operational Excellence or business transformation in health care billing or insurance.
• Success in improving complex operational processes from assessment to implementation.
• Experience with process design, workflow improvement, root-cause analysis, mapping.
• Experience partnering with Technology on systems, workflow, or automation.
• Past leadership of people or teams responsible for improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work as a player-coach and develop others.
• Knowledge of continuous-improvement methodologies and practical use.
• Ability to turn strategic direction into action.
• Strong business judgment and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, systems, and ways of working.
• Translate strategy and future-state designs into practical processes and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work, reduce friction, and leverage automation.
• Lead complex improvements from design through adoption and refinement.
• Map current and future-state processes and plan operational details.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, and Client Services to implement change.
• Lead and develop teams responsible for executing improvement initiatives with clear direction.
• Coordinate requirements, UAT, implementation readiness, training, and post-launch refinement.
• Remove obstacles and drive decisions when initiatives cross teams.
