Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives across Service and FCOE operations. You will partner with leadership to map current workflows, define future states, and drive measurable cost and efficiency gains using Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in operational improvement, service delivery, or process optimization.
• Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and root‑cause analysis.
• Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Create current‑state and future‑state process maps with Visio, Lucid, Miro, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives with Operations, Technology, Product, PMO, and Reporting.
• Track initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and results for portfolio visibility.
