Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to lead performance improvement initiatives across Parts, Service and Sales divisions. You will develop reporting packages, collaborate with CAT and OEM reps, and drive customer experience and revenue growth.

The role requires strong relationship-building, project management experience, and a commitment to safety and process excellence across the YPS division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years of customer service or operations experience.
• Experience in project management and process improvement preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Parts, Service and Sales teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives across divisions.
• Develop and deploy management reporting packages.
• Act as liaison with CAT and OEM representatives.
• Plan and implement operational efficiency projects.
• Develop business proposals and project plans.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure safety training and policy compliance.
