Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Parts Specialist in Georgia to deliver a superior customer experience via parts consultation and sales for walk-in and shop customers. You will grow product knowledge and advise on related parts while handling transactions and ensuring timely updates to customers.

The role requires strong communication, a consultative mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with optional forklift certification; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication over the phone and in person.
• Ability to quickly pick up on different parts software and ordering websites.
• Work with a sense of urgency and organization.
• Act as a parts and service consultant, not just an order-taker.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and call-in customers courteously.
• Consult with customers to provide the best parts solution.
• Gain proficiency in parts knowledge and keep up with new products.
• Advise customers of related parts and specials.
• Create purchase orders for non-Cat back orders.
