Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia seeks a Service Manager to lead technicians and supervisors in daily service operations, maintain a safe workplace, and drive a strong safety culture.

You will hire, develop, and evaluate staff while managing the branch's financial performance and operating budget. This role requires supervising staff, controlling expenses, maintaining inventory, and building loyal customers through effective service and strong cross‑department collaboration with Sales and OEM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Problem-solving skills to meet the needs of our customers and employees.
• Excellent people skills with customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and staff.
• Review profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control.
• Direct staff in store-related roles and SOP adherence.
• Develop staff, conduct annual evaluations and training.
• Plan budgets and set revenue and headcount goals.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor inventory and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams and manage AR.
• Present monthly reports and injury filings.
• Establish branch goals and maintain customer service culture.
