Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Washington, GA, is seeking a Service Manager to lead technicians and supervisors in daily service operations, maintain a safe workplace, and develop a strong safety culture.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring excellent customer service and loyal customers. You will manage branch finances, prepare operating budgets, control costs, review P&L, and coordinate with sales teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in service management or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills to meet customer and staff needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff management, safety compliance, and performance reviews.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and monitor profit and loss for the store.
• Lead, mentor and train technicians and supervisors; ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Promote safety programs, ensure OSHA and DOT compliance, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding parts and service promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales Teams to align service goals with revenue targets.
• Prepare monthly reports and participate in safety, financial, and operations meetings.
• Establish branch goals and monitor progress towards them.
