Job summary

Saint-Gobain’s CertainTeed unit seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to lead the plant’s continuous improvement journey. You will drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives, coach pillar teams, and ensure sustainable cost savings and KPI gains across safety, quality, and delivery metrics.

You will own the deployment roadmap, run root cause analyses, facilitate cross-functional steering, and champion data-driven decision making to advance the site’s performance and culture of continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred; HS diploma accepted.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Technical Project Development.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven experience teaching WCM methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive implementation of operational excellence initiatives delivering Net Manufacturing Savings and waste reduction.
• Facilitate steering committees aligning safety, quality, delivery, cost and people priorities.
• Own deployment plan and roadmap integrating pillar activities with plant objectives.
• Lead RCA, Kaizen events, and problem-solving workshops to eliminate losses.
• Coach pillar teams to enhance technical delivery and results.
