Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt and Certified Manufacturing Engineer preferred.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing, process engineering or technical project development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive large or multi-site operational excellence initiatives to deliver measurable results (NMS, productivity, waste reduction).
• Facilitate Steering Committee for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people KPIs; ensure progress visibility and accountability.
• Own Deployment Plan and OPEX Roadmap; harmonize priorities with business unit strategy.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops; address chronic losses.
• Coach pillar leaders and teams to apply WCM tools consistently across multiple plants.
• Champion performance tracking tools and governance for cross-plant transparency and data-driven decisions.
