Job summary

CertainTeed Saint-Gobain seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives at our California plant. You will lead loss identification, coach pillar leaders, and ensure sustained improvements aligned with corporate strategy.

In this role you will own the Deployment Plan, run RCA and Kaizen events, and use dashboards and a Project Tracker to enable transparent, data-driven decisions that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational excellence initiatives in manufacturing.
• Ability to facilitate steering committees across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.
• Proven capability to drive continuous improvement using WCM principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead OE initiatives to deliver Net Manufacturing Savings, productivity gains and waste reduction.
• Facilitate Steering Committees to align site priorities and KPIs.
• Own Deployment Plan and Roadmap, integrating pillar activities with plant strategy.
• Lead RCA, Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops.
• Coach pillar teams to enhance technical delivery and results.
• Champion the use of performance tracking tools to ensure transparency.
