Job summary

Saint-Gobain seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive World Class Manufacturing and Lean initiatives across the business, partnering with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and standardize best practices.

The ideal candidate will influence at all levels, manage change, and navigate conflict as processes evolve, delivering safer, smarter and more efficient operations every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a Business degree with 5+ years Lean Manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or similar continuous improvement systems.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

• Lead the deployment of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Lean principles across the organization.
• Identify opportunities, remove barriers, and standardize best practices in operations.
• Influence at all levels, manage change effectively, and drive accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
