You will collaborate with software, product, customer success, and operations teams to identify improvements, run structured problem-solving, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You will enable teams to improve efficiency, quality, and customer value while aligning local practices with global standards and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Operational Excellence frameworks in software/tech environments.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean principles, standard work, visual management, and root-cause analysis to drive value.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the Operational Excellence framework across DDS.
• Partner with leaders to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Coach managers and teams in operational excellence practices and continuous improvement methods.
• Ensure alignment with global standards and governance across DDS.
• Track benefits realization and share lessons learned.
