Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or operational accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• ERP system experience and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational transactions and investigate financial variances.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
• Assist with billing, operational accounting, and reporting processes.
• Research discrepancies and identify root causes of accounting issues.
• Partner with multiple departments to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Target Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary + 5% bonus
