Job summary

Prime Vacations in Bradenton, FL seeks an Operational Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and integration of Track PMS with Sage. The role focuses on internal controls, process improvements, and collaboration with the Regional Controller to support strategic decisions.

The candidate will manage trust accounting, AR, cash flow, and owner settlements while guiding a regional accounting team and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or controller experience; Track experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (intermediate).
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trust accounting, PMS, AR, deposits & owner accounting.
• Ensure accurate recording of revenue and owner balances; oversee reconciliations.
• Own the Track/Sage API interface and vendor relationships.
• Lead owner statements process and distributions.
• Cash management and liquidity oversight across operations.
• Manage and mentor regional accounting team and drive process improvements.
• Develop SOPs and ensure cross-training within accounting.
