Prime Vacations, based in Bradenton, FL, seeks a Regional Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting for the Gulf Coast portfolio. You will own the close, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with Corporate Finance to drive process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain robust internal controls.
• Directly manage the Assistant Controller and broader accounting team.
• Oversee cash management and intercompany data integrity with ERP (Sage Intacct) and Track PMS.
