Job summary

LTIMindtree in Bellevue, WA seeks an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for designated projects. You will oversee team planning, client interaction, issue resolution, and manage project parameters to balance scope, time, budget, risk, quality, and resources.

The role emphasizes coordinating resources including subcontractors, establishing clear communications, driving KPI achievement, handling escalations, and identifying new business opportunities while applying lean methodologies

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end project delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, scope, schedule, risk, and quality across the project lifecycle.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project planning, documentation, and handoff of projects.
• Ensure delivery meets or exceeds KPIs and client expectations.
• Assess team performance and recommend improvements.
• Handle escalations from customers, clients, engineers, and end users.
• Oversee budget and resource plans to achieve the SOW.
• Coordinate tools and techniques to progress project and manage changes.
• Identify and communicate with the customer for new business opportunities.
• Drive automation and lean practices to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project planning documentation development of success criteria outcomes measurement and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication
• Be responsible for successful delivery of the project by meeting and exceeding the set KPIs
• Assess team performance and recommend improvements
• Handle escalations from Customer Client Engineers and End Users
• Oversee budget and resource plans to achieve the SOW
• Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Delivery Manager for Project Management Reviews
• Identify and communicate with the customer for any new business opportunities
• Responsible for automating operational activities adopting lean mythologies and performance optimization

• In todays changing business needs and objectives project management relies on the onground workforce having better visibility and traceability of tasks assigned to them Project Management is the application of knowledge skills tools and techniques to project activities to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations At Mindtree we use different tools and applications which help in planning and monitoring various operations and gives endtoend visibility of the projects We collaborate to deliver products within cost schedule and resource constraints achieving customer satisfaction goals

Experience

• Above 10 years of support or equivalent experience including a customer facing or customer support roles 4 years of Technical Support OperationsProject management experience is an advantage

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
